Provide leadership to HTS Mexico organization to createincreased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal ofdriving speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
You will providefinancial leadership in supporting HTS Mexico Strategic Plan, Annual OperatingPlan and Estimate processes along with detailed reporting.
You will alsodevelop integrated margin and expense analysis, projections, reports, andpresentations.
You will workwith the Financial Analyst reporting into you to create and analyze monthly,quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.
You will alsoidentify trends and developments in competitive environments and presentfindings to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• HTS MexicoP&L Ownership (HTS Margin, Productivity, Hourly rates)
• HTS Mexico &VE/CE reporting and analysis
• Investmentsstrategy and tracking (CAPEX)
• UndertakeQuarterly Balance reviews in collaboration with the controllership team
• Ensure AR aging for interco receivables is within expectations
• You will strategically evaluate the Real estate strategy in line with thebusiness projections periodically to best optimize the assets
• Partner with HTSleadership and provide operational expertise.
• Identifyimprovement areas and establish clear processes.
• Leadcomplex initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's Degreein Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of 10+ years ofexperience in commercial/business finance or related roles
• Extensive financial systems and reporting experience
• Experience developing forecasts and operating plans
• Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers)
• Direct communication with clarity at all levels
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
