Job Description

• Initiates the loan origination due diligence process.
• Gathers information needed to structure a deal for the purpose of deciding if a deal should progress to application. Contacts the borrower or loan officer for operating statements, property information, rent rolls and other required information.
• Researches rent comparables to determine if the property is performing consistent with the market. Determines where gaps exist in the analysis and follows up with borrower for additional information.
• Reconciles rent rolls with operating statements. Prepares term sheets and applications as appropriate.
• Notifies loan officer or management if information or deal is found to be outside of agency compliance.

Capital Management, Consumer Lending, Credit Assessment, Economic Policy, Innovation, Investments, Loan Agreements, Results-Oriented, StructuringRoles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.No Required Certification(s)No Required License(s)
