JoinUs and Make an Impact. As a Engineering Services Manager is responsible for delivery of the ‘hard’ facility management services for theVictorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre Precinct. This role includes theeffective communication with relevant staff or sub-contractors to ensure tasksare allocated efficiently and maintenance occurs in accordance with contractualstandards.
KeyResponsibilities:

• Partner with the Asset Manager to develop a comprehensive maintenance service including planned preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs and maintenance in relation to the new facility
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the client representative, contractual key stakeholders and end users
• Manage the full financial delivery of all building services in line with the AOP, financial budgets and monthly forecasting
• Ensure the new facility remains at all times Compliant and Fit for the Intended Purposes
• Manage the successful delivery of all building services, to ensure full compliance to all KPI and Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM) requirements in accordance with the relevant services specification

KeyExperience & Capabilities:

• Tertiary qualified (Trade or degree) in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in a highly complex building environment
• Strong financial capability
• Ability to understand, interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements
• Knowledge of Building Codes of Australia (BCA) and AS/NZS Standards and its requirements
