Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g.,travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
Experience in calendar management over international time zones, complex and high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and efficient budgeting of events.
Experience in managing multiple urgent priorities in project management to support the organization.
Ability to navigate a complex environment to collaborate and communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.
