*Please note, This is a short-term project intended for a temporary assignment for a minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • G2 Reviews Management: Assist in gathering and organizing customer reviews on G2 and other review platforms to amplify positive customer feedback.
  • Tool Organization & Maintenance: Maintain organization and project tracking in Airtable, Asana, Salesforce, and Marketo, ensuring smooth operations across all tools.
  • Customer Advocacy Engagement: Coordinate and send out gifts or rewards for customers participating in advocacy initiatives, such as case studies or reviews.
  • Customer Referral & Reference Programs: Help launch, manage, and execute Vimeo's customer referral and reference programs, ensuring seamless participation and follow-up.
  • Customer Advisory Board Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events and materials for Customer Advisory Board meetings, working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Case Study & Customer Stories Creation: Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Lead, creative, and content teams to populate briefs and interview questions, and liaise on the development of customer case studies and spotlight stories.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience at global, B2B/SaaS public companies operating in multiple countries, bonus if it’s in the technology industry.
  • Experience in Customer Advocacy: 2+ years of experience working in customer marketing, advocacy, or related roles within B2B SaaS companies. Familiarity with G2, Capterra, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, staying organized in Airtable, Asana, Salesforce, and other key platforms.
  • Strong Communicator & Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across teams, liaising between marketing, creative, and content teams effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfortable using technology platforms (Airtable, Marketo, Salesforce), with a willingness to learn and explore new tools.
  • Results-Oriented: Focused on executing projects that drive measurable outcomes for Vimeo’s customer advocacy efforts.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-impact, high-visibility projects in collaboration with multiple functions and key stakeholders
  • Must have experience using Slack and Google Gemini (or ChatGPT or other AI equivalent) in your daily workflow.
  • Project management should be a passion for you.
  • MS Excel or Google Sheets proficiency is a must.

Hourly Rate: $32.00- $40.00
