Cybersecurity Senior Project Manager- Zero Trust Program

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Your key responsibilities

As Team Leader:

  • You will be responsible for effective leveraging your knowledge and experience to lead long term growth of the team.
  • You will manage team and project resources effectively on daily basis. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
  • You will be responsible for influencing, motivating, guiding and coaching less experienced team members to help them growth and develop professional career.
  • You will actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships with EY Clients and Partners.
  • You will be expected to identify any potential business opportunities for the team and the organization within existing engagements.

As Project Manager:

  • You will support our clients in the business and organizational transformation journey, actively becoming a trusted advisor in PM subject matters for both clients and EY colleagues.
  • You will provide consultation and recommendations based on client’s requirement and develop relationships with team members across all EY practises to serve Client needs.
  • You will work with various teams to ensure that client’s requirement, budget and milestones for projects are met
  • You will plan, execute, and manage cybersecurity projects, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance initiatives.
  • You will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all project deliverables are met.
  • You will identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies and communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, through regular reports and presentations.

  • Great planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture as well as focused on details and errorless delivery.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of details, terminology, and fit-to-purpose communication.
  • Ability to work in a continuously changing environment, proactive with can-do-attitude, looking for solutions and opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Proven success in leading and developing a team of staff/senior professionals and managing engagement economics.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management in large-scale projects or programs within distributed multicultural environments.
  • Excellent English language skills in written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS project, MS Share Point, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, other project management tools.
  • One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A higher education degree preferably in business, technology, science or engineering.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Further European language: German nice to have
  • Experience in working at consulting companies.
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity domain
  • Cybersecurity certificates
