Key Qualifications
- Experience working on navigation systems, route computation, route quality, algorithms in transportation networks such as road graphs, road traffic and incident processing, or similar.
- Strong expertise in the areas of graph algorithm engineering and large data processing pipelines.
- Design of low latency systems with graceful degradation characteristics, resilience, and reliability.
- Mastery of quantitative approaches (modeling, iterative prototyping, analysis, tools) to architect robust secure high performance services that meet demanding goals.
- Writing high performance code using in languages such as C++ and Scala, Python and R for tool support and visualization.
Education & Experience
MS or PhD in computer science, mathematics, or related fields and 10+ years of experience.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $189,800 and $346,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
