As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading all aspects of product development including: new product design, software development oversight and developing product roadmap/milestones.
• Oversight and management of all existing products to ensure they are flexible and sufficient to support a rapidly growing business.
• Managing Go-To-Market efforts to ensure on-time delivery of each product and its ongoing adoption in the markets.
• Setting strategy for direction of products to sustain aggressive month-on-month growth in this fast-growing business unit.
• Defining the product lifecycle process and product roadmap for the short and long-term (which will always be current), and share it with the relevant teams

• Strong technical background
• At least 5 years experience in a Product Manager role and working closely with engineering in a matrix environment
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, including the ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations and solutions
• Be an expert on the state of the market and trends
• Extensive knowledge of the payments industry, card acquiring is strongly preferred.
• Self-motivated and independent
• Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Resilience, flexibility and adaptability to changes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
