Key Qualifications
- Highly motivated and passionate about SW/firmware testing
- Proficiency in programming with python and C
- Knowledgable with hardware/firmware development life cycle
- Experienced with test bringup on FPGA and SoC silicon hardware.
- Exposure to CI process and familiar with automation test framework development and tools such as Jenkins
- Experienced with various wireless technologies such as WiFi/Bluetooth/UWB and integration issues is considered a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work with test equipment (i.e., oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.)
Description
-Develop firmware test plans and implement test cases based on requirements from system and product teams.-Automate test cases and develop test tools on various hardware platforms including development boards and products.-Partner with development teams and multi-functional QA team to triage, diagnose, debug issues and derive root-cause.-Drive continuous improvement of firmware test coverage and firmware release quality.
Education & Experience
BS and 3+ years of relevant industry experience.

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900.00 and $256,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
