Key job responsibilities
- Designing and developing scalable data pipelines and platforms to ingest, process, and analyze compliance-related data from multiple sources (e.g., carrier records, regulatory databases, telematics).- Implementing advanced analytics and machine learning models to automate manual compliance checks, such as validating driver licenses or detecting potential contract violations.- Building user-friendly applications and dashboards that provide carrier partners and internal auditors with real-time visibility into compliance status and performance.- Collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, compliance experts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative, impactful solutions.- Staying on the forefront of data engineering and analytics trends to continuously optimize TRC processes and identify new opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

- 5+ years of SQL experience
- Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
- Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results
- Experience with AWS technologies
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with theory and practice of information retrieval, data science, machine learning and data mining
- Bachelor's Degree
