Sales Execution Facilitation

  • Own Opportunity Creation Coordination.
    • Ex. Create Opportunities for Targets Identified by Commercial Excellence Activities.
    • Ex. Qualify Leads from Engagement Activities such as Omnichannel.
  • Ensure Territory Ownership Model is Executed & Managed.

Sales Funnel Management

  • Ensure Opportunities are Closed and Deals Complete Booking in a timely manner.
  • Leverage Reporting on Opportunity Management to Drive Sales Compliance
  • Ensure Management Reporting Cadence is occurring per expectations.

Deal Completion Management

  • Manage Customer Redlines to Terms & Conditions and Own Legal Review Process.
  • Subject Matter Expert for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Process & Tool.
  • Complete Opportunity information needed for Contracting & Billing Processes.

General Coordination

  • Partner to Deliver and Manage Selling Tools & Technologies.
  • Main Point of Contact between Selling Teams & Support Teams.
  • Own Selling Team Knowledge Bases, Processes, Templates & Documentation.
    • Ex. Maintain Teams Site and ensure compliance to structure, content and usage.
  • Train Selling Team on New Knowledge, Processes, Templates & Documentation in partnership with Support Teams.
  • Own Non-selling Customer Engagement Activities.
    • Ex. Reach out to Customers who leverage unique Annual Purchase Orders to obtain new documents.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business plus 2+ years’ work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to recognize, define and solve problems
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Exceptional verbal communication, presentation and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer relationship management software
  • Experience with sales or sales process
  • MedTech Industry experience
