Product Quality Inspection Technician is responsible for performing inspections on assemblies and finished products for use in the medical device industry in compliance with Philips Quality Management System, International Standards, and regulatory requirements.
Your role:
Measurement of parts, fixtures, tooling, assemblies and finished products utilizing appropriate tools and fixtures in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.
Execute Quality Inspection tasks in Manufacturing Execution System (SAP-MES) to properly record inspection results.
Accurately document test data and observations in the Device History Record (DHR) and retain paperwork and electronic records in compliance with approved procedures utilizing Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Provide input for continuous improvement of inspection procedures, specifications and processes.
Initiate nonconformance reports on defective material and provide support to Operations to aid in the investigation and disposition of product.

You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing facility, preferably a regulated environment (e.g. automotive, aerospace, medical device).
Your skills include the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, and a general knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), metrology, materials, calibration, auditing and inspection techniques. Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) preferred, but not required.
You have an Associate degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
You have strong communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills, along with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize your workload.

The hourly pay range for this position is $18.00 to $30.87 plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
