U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Software Engineer in Atlanta, Georgia.

Essential Responsibilities:

Job Duties: The Software Engineer will be responsible for design/development decisions keeping customer experience in the forefront; accountable for ensuring all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices; participate in software validation process through code review, and/or execution of test plan/cases/scripts; support multiple applications on a daily basis by ensuring stability of production, troubleshoots issues when necessary; provide high level end-user support including feature training and troubleshooting for applications released; collaborate with cross functional teams including product managers, designers and QA engineers to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions; create and maintain technical documentation relevant to code, APIs and system architecture to facilitate future maintenance; embrace emerging technology opportunities and contribute to the best practices in support of the organization's technology transformation; identify opportunities and implement solutions to optimize performance and efficiency of software applications;

Basic Qualifications:

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science plus 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer. Will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science plus 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer in lieu of a Master’s degree plus 2 years of experience.

Required Skills/Experience:
Must possess 2 years of experience with Master’s or 5 years of experience with Bachelor’s with: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of software applications; software validation through the development, review, and/or executing of test plans/cases/scripts; end-user support, including feature training and troubleshooting for released applications; C#; SQL and PowerShell programming; development and operations (DevOps) experience; container technologies (Dockers, Kubernetes, or Azure); SQL Server; reporting tools (Crystal Reports or SSRS); and Agile methodology.

Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $104,074.00- $
