Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, program management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Atleast 4 years of experience in program management, with a focus on multi-year, cross-functional projects. Experience in project managing AI and automation technologies, and certification in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma preferred (e.g., PMP, Agile, 6S Black Belt).
- Proficient in using Smartsheet, Google Suite, and Confluence to manage projects and reporting
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with interacting and working with senior management and executives on a regular basis
- Deep understanding in AI and automation tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
