- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with data center power and cooling infrastructure.
- Experience with mission critical facility operations, root cause analysis (RCA) and incident investigation.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in crisis/incident management, resilience, business continuity.
- Experience in setting up quantitative risk management frameworks, risk modeling/scoring, operational resilience, and delivering risk management training.
- Familiarity with data center operations, incident management processes, and operational metrics (e.g., availability SLAs, MTTR, MTBF).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex risk concepts to technical and non-technical audiences including audiences that include executives.
