Sr Advanced User Experience Designer for Hand Held Products Inc. in FortMill, SC Responsibilities:

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have a Mastersdegree or foreign equivalent in Industrial and Interaction Design, GraphicDesign and Visual Experience or a related field, and 4 years of experience inCommercial and Industrial Design. Full term of experience must include:covering end-to-end processes from design, thinking and strategy to execution;strong knowledge and understanding of branding principles, design principles,Color/Material/Finishes (CMF) and design thinking processes; familiarity withtypography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy; proficiency in designsoftware such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)and 3D/Animation tools, suchs as Alias, Rhino 3D and Solidworks; and ability towork on multiple projects simultaneously, manage deadlines, prioritize tasks,and adapt to changing project requirements. Must possess 3 years of thefollowing experience: Interactive/digital design, industrial design and productbranding expertise; designing launched products on the market; deep userexperience knowledge; customer research methodologies for insight gathering andanalysis developing and implementing design language systems, brand guidelines,and style guides; conducting market research, competitive analysis, and userresearch; and ability to gather insights, identify trends, and translate datainto actionable design strategies. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) timesper week. Up to 30% international/domestic travel required.
