Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • measurement insights and reporting product s that deliver value to WMC customers of all sizes across the entire product suite including Display, Sponsored Search, and In-Store ads .
  • Build and grow first - party measuremen t products for accounts of all sizes and across verticals .
  • e stablish Walmart Connect as a leader in the space of retail media measurement and insights. Assess current market trends, advertiser expectations and competitive landscape to develop and influence industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in building a new product portfolio in the insights, advanced analytics and measurement space .
  • expertise and thought leadership in Incrementality measurement, Attribution, MTA, Brand Lift, MMM, experimental A / B testing and predictive/econometric modeling .
  • Background in retail, retail media, media platforms, and/or ad tech data in areas of advertising or marketing measurement, analytics, insights, and data science
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and align executive leadership across a diverse enterprise with varying levels of understanding .
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a complex organization through product led transformation from a primarily high touch support model.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities, and relationships.

  • 10-15 years of experience in product management. Most recent 5+ years directly managing a team of leaders and managers in a in complex business .
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
