Core Responsibilities:

• Work as a member of the Executive Office and Client Strategy Team in supporting Senior Client Engagement efforts for the CEO, Executive Management and Vice Chairs; develop new ideas/methods on how to elevate Senior presence which would benefit Citi as a whole

• Running analysis for Various Citi Wide Initiatives to review performances of Seniors using Revenue, Wallet, Capital & Returns metrics

• Create and distribute Bi-Weekly Senior Client engagement dashboards, daily executive movements alerts, monthly client deal activity and similar client-related items to Executive Management Team, Vice Chairs and Senior Coverage Team

• Lead the development, integration and maintenance of a global pipeline application created to maintain inventory and coordinate deals being pursued towards monetization; liaise across front office, business management and technology to ensure success

• Project Management efforts in delivering new functionalities and enhancements in partnership with technology

• Identify and drive solutions to improve client relationship tools and products

• Provide Data Support to Senior Management on various strategic projects that drive insights and actions in the business

• Capability to analyse large sets of data, interpret results and suggest actionable next steps within a predetermined framework

• Effective communication skills including face-to-face, verbal and written; temperament to engage Senior Management and Leadership on analytics

•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint with the ability to create “board-ready” documents; experience with SQL, Tableau or similar reporting tools is beneficial

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to act as a team player; ability to foster relationships with individuals across the globe and with different points of view

• Excellent organizational skills and diligence with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results under pressure
