Cross-department Collaboration- Work closely with other departments on joint projects to create smooth workflows.
Process Ownership - Develop and manage cross-departmental people processes
Business Alignment - Maintain a strong connection to the business through allocated HR Business Partners for each group of departments.
Process Management - Manage the people department's yearly calendar and support annual projects like budget planning, OKRs, and QBRs.
Your Experience & Skills
Proven experience in a similar role
Experience on an HR team - Strong bonus
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to implement and leverage data for operational improvements
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with standardizing processes across multiple departments and leading cross-department projects
