In this role, you will:
Be a trusted technical advisor for Rapid7, guiding our customers and partners to solutions based on their need and requirements
Support onsite and virtual presentations to prospects, customers and partners effectively
Deliver engaging product demonstrations to help customers understand our solutions
Prove Rapid7’s technical capabilities by delivering exciting proof of concepts
Create a positive customer experience with a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales
Collaborate closely with Sales and Go-To-Customer teams to ensure a seamless pre-sales and post-sales experience
Collaborate with the wider Rapid7 team to create a response to RFPs and RFIs
Develop and nurture strong customer relationships
Present at events, trade shows, seminars, and webinars

The skills you’ll bring include:
Solid French and English communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish language skill would be advantageous.
You should have a solid understanding of core cyber-security principles
Any experience with Networking, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Threat Intelligence or Vulnerability Management is desirable
You have prior experience demonstrating to customers or prospects
You will be experienced and comfortable in delivering presentations to audiences of varying sizes, using your polished presentations skills
Any experience with Rapid7’s platform is also a plus
We would also love to hear about any security certifications you may have, or are studying towards - particularly if they are industry recognised
You should have a humble attitude, an eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you’re missing to make both your team and our customers succeed
