To qualify for the role you must have

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, having worked with Life/Health/Shield Insurance firms
• Academic background in Engineering, IT, Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Consulting skills, functional and technical knowledge ofcore insurance systems or platformsare an added bonus
• Track record dealing with senior stakeholders and adapting to demanding environments

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience inrequirements gathering and managing delivery of life/health/shield insurance systems and integrations
• Experience in agile delivery methodologies, e.g. sprints, product backlogs, user stories
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory aspects ofInsurance industry
