Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Care Administration, Health Sciences, Medical Informatics, Nursing or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Care Administration, Health Sciences, Medical Informatics, Nursing or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.Must have 4 years of in one or any combination of healthcare industry experience and/or experience in providing advisory and/or consulting services to clients in the health care industry.Must have 4 years of experience in at least one of the following:
- health plan core operations (including account install and member enrollment, billing, claims or call center management, grievances and appeal);
- network management/provider relations;
- medical management;
- sales management; OR
- finance.Must have at least 2 years of experience in ALL of the following:
- Engagement planning, budgeting, and work plan development;
- Mobilizing and managing engagement teams;
- Defining deliverable structures and content;
- Facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client;
- Managing the quality delivery of work products;
- Managing engagement economics and engagement risk;
- MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio; and
- Project Management, including experience with MS Project.Must have 2 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing data driven solutions for the health care industry, including in one or a combination of any of the following: computerized health care provider systems, managed care payer systems, and/or health information management systems.Must have 2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: managing teams of industry and/or consulting professionals.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
