As a, you’ll have the opportunity to perform HVAC planned/unplanned maintenance and repairs work closely with Building Engineer.


You'll be responsible for:

• Inspections, planned maintenance, installing various building and HVAC equipment/components.

• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment and building automation controls.

• Documentation of work activities and other work-related activities

• Compliance with regulations

• Support ERT

• Other duties as assigned or required by the scope of work

• Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of you and your team.

Here's what you'll need

• HVAC experience in a commercial type setting

• Universal card needed

• Work within a team environment

• Two to Four years of experience as an HVAC technician

• Proficiency in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

• Proficiency with Building Automation Systems (BAS) such as Siemens

• Proficient with Microsoft office tools such as word, excel and outlook.

• A valid driver’s license with no major infractions

• American Citizen

• Ability to obtain a secret clearance to work in a classified space

• Ability to rotate on-call and respond to emergencies at the facility within 30 minutes while on-call.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

• Experience working with municipal utility client

• Trade school HVAC training or certificates

• Safe work practices

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

The physical and environmental demands required to perform the essential duties of this position include standing, walking, sitting, coordination, balance and agility demands, which may include the ability to stoop, kneel, squat, grasp, reach, perform repetitive hand movements. Additional demands may involve a specific level of dexterity, grip strength, climbing and cardiorespiratory demands. The work areas may be indoor, outdoor, have loud noise, active machinery, high pressure fluid systems, electrical equipment, confined spaces, heights and depths, fumes, air borne particles, noxious gases, and chemicals. The use of appropriate safety equipment will be mandatory in these areas to prevent hazardous contact.
