About the Role

- - - - What You'll Do ----

• Ideate, create and execute acquisition campaigns to fuel Uber Eats' continued new user growth
• Actively participate in the team's efforts to elevate the broader team's impact and collaborate on setting the strategy
• Be curious and proactively search for new acquisition channels or features which could improve our user acquisition efforts and provide a seamless Eater experience
• Continuously challenge the status quo with a belief that opportunities for improvement persist

- - - - What You'll Need ----

• Strong problem solving skills rooted in data-driven insights that guide sound decision making, preferably with experience in experiment design (A/B testing, statistical analysis etc)
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Proficiency in SQL or other (related) programming language
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities. Scaling new initiatives will occur quickly and require working across teams in Japan
• Good communication skills that will allow you to clearly explain your work and to participate in constructive debate
• A growth mindset

• A background in consumer growth with a digital platform or another consumer product or service company
