Minimum qualifications:

- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building financial dashboards and visualizing data.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, coupled with a passion for leveraging data analytics to drive insights.
- Proven track record in public accounting or project managing internal and external audits for large, multinational organizations with complex business recognition processes.
- Proficiency with SAP, reporting, and business recognition systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills, with proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, and cross-functional partners.
