KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of mechanical design engineers to develop and deliver high-quality products
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 3 to 5 years Experience working in the Semiconductor Assembly Industry
