Specific Responsibilities
Execution of our account channel management and go-to-market planning North America.
End-to-end strategic account management of key retail accounts in NA driving optimal assortment.
Executing sales campaigns with channel partners that drive significant market share gains in the market
Tracking the productivity and ROI of channel investments
Exceeding channel quota for sales and impact
Partnering cross functionally with channel marketing and field sales programming
Partnering with regional OEM teams to drive and launch products in channel
Developing and delivering on strategic account plans, timelines and implementing programming.
General Duties and Responsibilities
Drives the cross-functional team in the creation and execution of a comprehensive plan identifying dependencies and critical path issues.
Manages channel and partner performance within the consumer retail segment (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope and with quality) for large and complex campaigns and provides input and justification for costs and budget impact.
Establishes key performance metrics and manages team to ensure success when metrics deviate from plan of Record.
Promotes strategic vision and objectives within the team, ensures KPI and quota objectives are met or exceeded, presents campaign vision to management, and gains buy-in from stakeholders.
Communicates to senior stakeholders and keeps an independent opinion; communicates with internal and external stakeholders about issue resolution through schedules, trackers, and campaign status updates.
Forecasts, identifies, and secures needed internal and/or external resources and ensures cross functional team alignment
Gathers and/or generates requirements (e.g. schedule and resource forecasting, stakeholder identification, method and frequency of communication, scope, milestones, prioritization) within a cross-functional team to respond to Channel RFP plans that are both large and complex
Works within a cross-functional team to create solutions and requirements that increase speed, accuracy, and minimize errors of deliverables.
Assists in the development, piloting, and training of new tools/methods used for global tracking.
Travel expectations will be approximately 30%
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years in consumer electronic technology channel sales (e.g. sales to retail, e-tail, or carriers), channel marketing, or management
Preferred Qualifications
7 + years in Compute technology channel sales (e.g., sales to retail, e-tail, or carriers), channel marketing, or management
Significant channel sales experience and a proven track record of working with channel partners to grow their sales in new business segments
Existing relationships with channel leadership and retail account owners in North America
Working knowledge of the Compute technology ecosystem and partners
Ability to successfully navigate inherent challenges/obstacles of new product adoption, and demonstrated experience in selling new or nascent technology/devices through channel partners
Ability to communicate, educate and evangelize both internally & externally
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills

Pay range:
$178,500.00 - $267,500.00
