Key Responsibilities:

·Office 365 Administration:

  • Manage and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Configure and maintain user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Office 365 environment.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Office 365 issues, including email delivery problems, service outages, and performance issues.
  • Manage tenant application integration permission to support such as Microsoft Graph API to manage and automate Office 365 tasks and retrieve organizational data
  • Manage EWS permissions to support integration and functionality of Exchange Online services.
  • Implement and manage Office 365 security features, such as data loss prevention (DLP), multi-factor authentication (MFA), Intune mobile device management(MDM) and mobile application management(MAM) and compliance policies.

·Active Directory Administration:

  • Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including user accounts, groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Manage AD replication, domain controllers, and DNS settings to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Perform regular backups and restores of AD data and manage AD schema updates as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AD-related issues, including authentication problems, replication errors, and security breaches.
  • Integration with HR system for employee onboard and offboard process.
  • Monitor and maintain directory synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Office 365.

·Single Sign-On (SSO) Management:

  • Implement and manage SSO solutions, ensuring seamless user access to multiple applications with a single set of credentials.
  • Integrate SSO with various applications and services, including internal and third-party systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SSO-related issues, including authentication failures and integration problems.
  • Maintain and update SSO configurations to comply with security best practices and organizational policies.

·Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure the security and integrity of Office 365, Active Directory, and SSO systems by applying patches, updates, and security configurations.
  • Regularly review and update group policies and permissions to align with business requirements.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with the InfoSec team to implement and enforce security policies and procedures.

·Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for Office 365, AD, and SSO.
  • Generate reports on system performance, user activity, and compliance status for management review.

·Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with IT support teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to address and resolve user access issues.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff regarding Office 365, AD, and SSO systems.

·Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Office 365, Active Directory, and SSO technologies.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security, and user experience.

REQUIRED:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience managing Office 365, Active Directory, and SSO systems, with hands-on experience in tenant management using Microsoft Graph and EWS.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Office 365 Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator or equivalent are preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in managing Office 365 services and features.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory administration and Group Policy management.
  • Experience with SSO technologies and protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API for tenant management and EWS permissions.
  • Knowledge of security practices and compliance requirements related to Office 365 and AD.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
