What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the strategic evaluation of groundbreaking technologies, ensuring their potential is fully harnessed in our product designs.
• Lead the mechanical elements in design and development of products, setting a standard for innovation and aesthetic excellence.
• Serve as a key customer interface, adeptly translating intricate customer needs into product features and building enduring customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a portfolio showcasing innovative design and leadership.
• Extensive expertise in mechanical design principles, product development, and technology integration.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software, engineering simulation tools, and modern design methodologies.


Bonus Points If You Have:

• Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with patents, publications, leadership roles in mechanical design, or strategic business acumen.
