General Summary:

  • Linux Kernel Device driver development

  • Worked on the Hardware drivers/modules .

  • Knowledge on the i2c, spi, uart , gpio, sdio drivers, flash driver , DMA etc.

  • Knowledge on RTOs concepts

  • Knowledge on Linux OS concepts, Linux internals.

  • Working in core bsp.

  • Strong C programming skills.

  • Debus skills with JTAG/Lauterbach

  • Kernel upstream experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Competency in the ‘C’ programming language.

A good understanding of computer architecture, microprocessor internals; advantage to have understanding on ARM.

Good in triagingstability issue.

Ability to use a debugger (gdb, T32) to perform at least simple operations such as setting breakpoints, single stepping, examining variable values, examining memory, examining registers.In depth Knowledge inLinux Kernel

An understanding of memory regions, and their uses.

Good knowledge of what interrupts are and how they work in code.

Awareness of
Androidhigh level Architecture

Familiarity with scripting language like perl and python

Good written and verbal communication skills
