An exciting opportunity has arisen for aIntern QA Associate, in Dunboyne. Reporting to the Associate Director of QA Operations/QA Compliance&Systems/QA Validation within Global Development Quality (GDQ).

- Supports activities to ensure we are in Compliance with the current Quality Manual Requirements
- Actively communicate and collaborate with functional areas to develop a strong working relationship and understanding of roles andresponsibilities.Utilise this network to help resolve comments and issues that arise.
- Identify compliance gaps, make and facilitate implementing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support on the floor GMP readiness via area walkdowns/audits.
- Creates and maintains assigned SOPs
- Compiles data for reports and presentations, provides data interpretation draws conclusions
- Carries out all assignments to the standards of compliance, efficiency, innovation, accuracy and safety in accordance with Company and regulatory requirements
- Supports development, documentation and maintenance of business process and solutions
- Additional activities as assigned by the manager/supervisor
- Co-ordinating day-to-day team activities, prioritisation and communication with the technical teams and other stakeholders
- Provide first line of issueresolution/escalationfor the team
What skills you will need:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
- Progressing to Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in a Life Science discipline
- Strongly developed cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated excellence of skill in communicating (oral and written) effectively with diverse individuals/ groups at all levels
- Project management skills and experience; ability to conduct well defined projects on variety of topics
