Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to execute key delivery tasks and boost efficiencies.
- Support change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Raise blockers and impediments to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
- Drive the product roadmap for core features and components, influencing the Customer & Financial Product Utilities platform.
- Manage key relationships with engineering, architecture, and diverse product teams to drive integration and influence results.
- Communicate effectively and frequently, sharing progress, insights, strategy, and roadmap broadly.
- Solve technical and customer problems by understanding technologies and approaches to drive objectives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Demonstrated performance in product management or relevant domain area.
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
- Experience in product deployment processes.
- Ability to articulate user needs clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in product management and feature definition/ownership with exposure to large-scale product management.
- Deep analytical skills to uncover end-to-end logic and functionality of a process to support comprehensive test case scenarios executed by the business, contributing to continuous regression test suite.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle.
- Advanced knowledge of JPMorgan Chase businesses, processes, and the underlying technological infrastructure.
