About This Role
We are looking for someone armed with a strong tool-kit to develop and maintain technical solutions that adhere to development and design principles while meeting business and governance requirements. You’ll also provide technical expertise with a focus on efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security. This mandate includes planning, evaluating, recommending, designing, operationalizing, and supporting solutions in compliance with enterprise and industry standards. Here's some of what you may be asked to perform:
Participate in the design and implementation of automations to help various teams across the business
Provide support to citizen developers within the business who are developing their own simple tools
Properly document and test changes and follow the mandated project and development processes
Work with business representatives to clarify and finalize business requirements and provide input to the overall technical direction of the application
Prioritize multiple projects that may use multiple tools
Job Requirements :
Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have:
Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
3+ years of development and technology delivery experience with Agile Delivery Experience preferred.
Must have skills: development of complexautomations/workflowsand applications built using ServiceNow (Service Now Administration Fundamentals, Scripting Fundamentals, and Application Development Fundamentals Certifications required)
Nice to Have Knowledge of: Power Platform, UiPath, Power Shell, Python, SQL, UI/UX Design experience, etc.
Strength in developing effective relationships with different business units, portfolio and project managers, vendors.
Familiarity with Automation Governance, Vendor Management, and Infrastructure Technology processes is an asset.
Ability to present and make recommendations to senior management
