Your Impact

  • Increase customer satisfaction by working with Technical sellers to architect supportable solutions while increasing SASE revenue and exceeding corporate goals
  • Produce and improve Prisma Access best-practice and design guidelines documentation that promote standardization with a goal of Time-to-Value (TTV) deployment improvements for our customers
  • Advise the technical sales teams on the positioning of designs that are aligned with best practices
  • Execute , and recommend iterative updates to the process for working with cross-organizational stakeholders to improve solutions that deviate from standardized designs
  • Engage with stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success to review SASE solutions
  • Maintain bi-directional trusted advisor relationships with cross-organizational stakeholders
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear documentation and material, and communicate those findings and lessons learned effectively to diverse audiences, including internal team members and project stakeholders

Your Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of SASE
  • Demonstrable experience in cloud-delivered security
  • Significant experience of working as a Systems Engineer or Architect within a highly technical environment or vendor
  • Experience selling, demonstrating, installing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure security products and services
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally through influence
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally
  • Strong problem-finding and solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems, and ability to use creativity and a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, even under duress
  • "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to do whatever is necessary to assist in closing a deal
