Create or adapt messaging, content assets, and sales enablement assets to be used by Snowflake EMEA marketing, sales, and partner teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with EMEA industry go-to-market, demand generation, content marketing, sales, product management, and other teams to build alignment around go-to-market objectives and plans for our DE/DL workloads
Drive and be accountable for the success of our go-to-market messaging and programmes for DE/DL in EMEA
Communicate regional customer requirements and provide input to product management, global PMM, and industry principals on product enhancements and future product direction
Assist with the development of regional market/competitive intelligence, acting as marketing’s thought leader and expert in the DE/DL space
Evangelise Snowflake’s message and core differentiation at conferences, analyst briefings, and customer events
Understand the core personas of CDO, CTO, VP of Analytics/Data/Data Engineering, Data Engineers, ETL Developers, and Solutions Architects as it pertains to their needs for Data Engineering and Data Lakes in EMEA, and use these insights to inform Go-to-Market strategy and campaigns.
7+ years of proven product marketing experience (or equivalent) in the data analytics sector, ideally related to Data Engineering, ETL tooling, and/or modern data analytics architectures
Subject matter expertise and strong interest in Data Engineering and Data Lake technologies
Cross-functional team management and organizational skills; ability to influence without authority
Excellent communication skills, and can engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders
Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans
Demonstrated track record of building and executing successful go-to-market messaging platforms and enablement across disparate internal teams
Analytical mindset, interpreting and summarizing data with actionable insights
Technical and business-benefit understanding of prevailing and emerging data technologies, on-premises and in the cloud. Experience with database products preferred
BS/BA preferred
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
