- Minimum of 4 years experience in PMO or Operations for a top tier national or international retailer/owner occupier, Property Investment or Management Company.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent planning, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize multiple work streams, assess deliverables and timelines.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering cross functional projects
- Advanced skills in Excel or Numbers; Excellent Keynote presentation skills; Strong Wrike skills preferred; Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology and complex workflows.
- Delivery focused, with a “Can-Do” attitude.
- Thinks critically and creatively about how to regularly improve process and operations.
- Extremely proactive, responsive, and upbeat with world class organizational skills.
- Collaborator, able to thrive in ambiguity.
- 4+ years experience in Real Estate Operations, Management, Project Management or Consultancy
