Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy
development, execution and sourcing or a related function.
- Certification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in analyzing procurement data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category.
- Experience developing, managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and metrics to measure category performance and track progress.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to lead strategic projects or initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes or driving innovation within category.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains to enhance category management practices.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and analytical tools to enhance category management practices and drive decision-making.
