• Defining and delivering Playtika’s gaming platform infrastructure and services using modern technologies and practices
• Manage complexity through thoughtful software design to ensure we can grow and scale our product without sacrificing development speed or quality
• Oversee and guide the technical staff and ensure top quality work is produced on time
• Solve technical problems using industry best practices

• 5+ years of Java development experience
• Experience as a Tech Lead
• Experience in decomposing technical tasks and defining level of effort for complex systems
• Extensive knowledge of Java ( 8+, moving towards 17) and SQL
• Experience with Spring-Cloud and Netflix Stack
• Experience with Git
• Experience with Maven/Gradle
• Experience with testing frameworks (Junit, Spock, WireMock, etc.)
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Development
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
• Knowledge in Unix
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (both Romanian and English)

Nice to have:

• Experience in deploying applications with multiple service layers and multiple consuming services
• Experience with NoSQL technologies (Aerospike)
• Experience with Spring-Cloud-Contract
• Experience with event streaming platforms (Kafka)
• Agile Team Leading Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• Experience in game development
