Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products
- Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Experience with building metrics, dashboards, FE experiences in an app with good decent traffic and scale
- Top Operational Excellence standards with focus on Quality, Performance and resiliency
- Proven experience leading a UI development team
- Experience with:
- UI frameworks like React, or Angular
- Unit testing frameworks & mocking
- Testing Automation mindset
- Kafka and GraphQL
- Microservices architecture
- Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locations
- Very strong verbal and written communication
- Assertive and high presentation skills
- Proven experience in growing people
