Job Description:
As Business Developer Adjacent Markets Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Division Mexico you will play a key role for accelerate of demand sell in and sell out with distributors in adjacent markets in the division of Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division Mexico. In this role you will be able to plan and execute strategies that will help us to increase our sales with distributors in adjacent markets.
The impact you will have in this role:
You will lead to increase sales and revenue growth.
You will drive strategies and activities that will accelerate growth of the division.
You will implement new tools to reduce churn/erosion with distributors in adjacent markets.
You will motivate the distributor´s sales team to work more with 3M.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales preferably in an industrial or B2B environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in English (intermediate/advanced level).
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Strong understanding of internal 3M process.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
