This specific Sr. Mechanical Product Manager – Technical within Data Center Engineering will utilize their expertise to:· Utilize those insights to identify specific controller and controller logic requirements, create a data center vision, and own the solution development roadmap for mechanical controls / logic critical to the data center portfolio· Coordinate between multiple teams to develop compelling business cases to substantiate business value, define development prioritization, and outline resources required to implement solution roadmaps· Drive continuous advancements and improvements within our data center designs, and communicate technical direction to Senior Management· Own and drive the complete solution lifecycle from idea conception through implementation and wide scale deployment of advanced control solutions· Develop capacity features and deployment strategies to improve speed of deployment, profitability and penetration for advanced controls deployments· Work independently in a high pressure environment with all levels of leadership and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist· Are passionate about understanding customers’ needs

• Develop cross functional relationships that facilitate the gathering of robust and complete product requirements for mechanical solutions
• Build and maintain strategic roadmaps for new mechanical solutions to drive business initiatives
• Lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of Mechanical Systems for our next generation data center in a highly cross-functional environment, which includes internal customers, hardware, and software development teams.
• Drive teams inside and outside the organization to deliver complex cross-functional programs with high impact to the organization.A day in the life

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years experience developing solutions for Data Centers or other Mission Critical Facilities

- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience leading innovative product development for advanced Data Center mechanical controls development
