• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of working in high scalability, availability distributed systems.

• 7+ years of experience in a management role, leading large research and engineering teams through engineering excellence and periods of transformation.

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent professional experience

• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in dynamic environments.

• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable results.

• Strong iterative development mindset, with a sense of urgency, ownership and accountability for the project success.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
