What you'll do...



What you'll do:

  • Create a testing strategy and work with team to develop and execute tests according to product launches

  • Pursue testing modernization & automation through best-of-breed products, methods, equipment, and standards

  • Supervise team of 8-10 testers responsible for platforms spanning mobile, desktop, retail, and backend business systems

  • Inform and manage key stakeholders, ensuring their goals are met and we deliver a solid member experience

What you'll bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in testing technologies and processes

  • This individual must be a good engineer, capable of programming and debugging challenging technical problems.

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to discuss complex technical problems with feature teams, test developers, and leadership stakeholders

  • Servant leader who leads by example, creates a positive work environment, challenges each team member, and takes pride in helping advance the career of each team member.
