Responsibilities:

  • Process legal vehicle billing for Citibank Europe PLC , including systematic and non-systematic allocations.

  • Issue invoices and process credit notes in the financial subledger.

  • Reconcile financial systems.

  • Collaborate with business on monthly charge calculations.

  • Handle manual invoice calculation for Citi Entities.

  • Participate in finance initiatives and projects, including e-invoicing.

  • Assist with closing books, financial reporting, and analysis.

  • Identify and resolve finance-related issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance environment, especially accounting.

  • Knowledge of Polish Accounting rules is a must.

  • Strong Excel skills is essential and hands-on experience with complex spreadsheets is a must.

  • Understanding of financial markets, banking products, andInternational Financial Reporting Standards

  • Experience with financial and regulatory reporting a plus.

  • Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as KNIME and/or Tableau would be a bonus.

  • Clear and concise English communication skills.

  • Proactive, helpful, and problem-solving attitude.
