Senior Marketing Consultant with French

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

As a Marketing/Sales or Service (Senior) Consultant, you'll leverage your expertise to make recommendations that drive customer engagement, customer satisfaction and, sales and retention for our clients. Working within a diverse, seasoned team, you'll take part in high-level projects, providing specialized knowledge in Marketing Strategy, Service or Sales Effectiveness, Customer Experience, Market Research and Operating Models.

As our Marketing/Sales or Service (Senior) Consultant specializing in business and technology advisory, you'll guide the evolution of complex strategies and execution. This entails taking part in critical negotiations, evaluating risks, and optimally executing initiatives. Your job will be to comprehend the Marketing, Sales and Services strategy and contribute to achieving widespread enterprise aims. You will assist in identifying growth opportunities and implement them. You will build and maintain robust relationships with clients, professionals in the field, and company stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met within set timelines and budgets.

Your key responsibilities

  • Advising clients on Marketing, Sales and Services effectiveness, MarTech
  • Assisting in the creation and rollout of marketing strategies
  • Proactively contributing to marketing technology projects
  • Guiding the implementation of marketing or sales enhancement measures
  • Collaborating with varied departments within the global EY network, facilitating project progress, and supporting team members' professional growth

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 3 to 7 years of professional relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English (min. C1)
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field (Master's, MBA or Ph.D. is a plus)
  • You have experience in one or several of the following fields: Marketing strategy, Operations Marketing, Market Research, Customer Experience, Customer segmentation, Growth strategy, CRM, CPQ, Sales effectiveness, Operating Models
  • Strong analytical skills, rapid comprehension, and precise work methods
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High level of commitment and teamwork

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with Digital Transformation: Proven leadership in driving digital change initiatives, considering the increasing role of digital tech in marketing
  • Professional Certifications: Certificates in digital marketing, MarTech, or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Certified Expert, etc.) is a plus
  • Project management experience is strongly encouraged
