- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in working for games (preferably casual mobile games).
- Strong 3D skills in Blender, or open and switch to learn Blender (if currently proficient in any other 3D program). Any drawing/painting skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, to be able to prepare the completed assets for animators or UI artists to continue with.
- Excellent sense of volumetric design, color theory, composition, readability, and other game art aesthetics.
- Ability to interpret, follow, and evolve the game’s visual style.
