System Verification Manager
You are responsible for
- Establishing system verification team, and to cultivate qualified employees for support product development and maintenance, to realize the goal of department
- Helping team member continue improve the knowledge and skill, and ensure team’s behavior compliance with Philips’s culture
- Leading and helping team do product verification, ensure all activities compliance with QMS and professional and effectively, for support high quality product deliver to customer
- Driving and guiding researching about clinical technology development trend and requirements so on, analyses and manage application requirements, guide to improvement of products or functions.
- Leading and helping team do prospective research based on international medical machine developments trends, combine user needs, guide new products’ development.
- Leading team Performs product testing (automated of manual) within the systems/agile/scrum team throughout the whole development cycle ensuring built-in quality
- Providing test expertise to define and drive product test strategies and initiatives at feature, subsystem and system level
- Reviews( functional and non-functional) requirements/stories/features for accuracy and testability
- Leading team Consults within scrum or other teams on testing plan and participates, for example. In scrum team testing, planning and demo activities
- Leading team Conducts functional and performance, load and reliability testing
- Automates tests and tests own code, select and applies test management tools/simulation models/test frameworks/scripting languages
- Documents test plans, protocols, and reports
- Supporting design changes for quality impact
