Key job responsibilities
1. Interface/interact with business & finance customers, gathering requirements and delivering complete BI solutions. Helps define the team's BI strategy.3. Continually improve ongoing reporting and processes, automating, scaling or simplifying self-service support for customers.
4. Write high quality code to retrieve and analyze our large and complex data sets.
5. Identify patterns in our data and use these insights to make data-driven recommendations to drive topline growth and to improve profitability.A day in the life
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of SQL experience
- Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
- Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results
- Experience in the data/BI space
- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadershipDubai, ARE

- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
