Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• As an integrator, working with cross function team to drive the plan and execution of building prototype for POC and fast iteration during fast works to make sure the concept can well addressed customer needs and market needs.
• Working with NPI team to drive the smooth transition from feasibility (ATD) stage to product (NPI) stage, including and not limited to resource and timeline management and process control.
• Working with external resource, including KOL and supplier as well as other strategic IAH partnership to drive co-innovation collaboration and delivery to further enhance product competitiveness, including sample test and management, interacting with stakeholders (supplier, market, application expert, clinical specialist, engineer etc)
• Organize cross-function brainstorming and workout for innovation activities to identify potential ATD opportunities and prioritize the ATD execution plan addressing technical opportunities and business needs
• Organize the design & development & evaluation of applications, including image quality improvement, product performance upgrade, workflow enhancement and VCP contribution, to address local customer needs and improve product competitiveness.

Bachelor or Higher Degree in signal processing, math or physics, computer science, Biomedical engineering or related engineering field 10 years or more experience in engineering or project management Excellent facilitator skill to drive delivery by cross-function efforts Good communication skill in English and Chinese. Ability to take ownership of small and medium sized tasks. Finish work independently. Continuously measures deliverables of self against scheduled commitments. Effectively balances different, competing objectives Strong willingness and capability to learn new things fast. Experience with program management Experience with medical product delivery is preferred R&D experience is preferred
