Job Overview:
The Audit Quality Specialist is a critical member of the Quality Assurance Team and will report directly to the Quality Specialist / Team Lead. The QS will provide the first level of assessment for the documents (expense reports, invoices etc.) processed by the Audit team, evaluating how accurately the auditor has applied the internal / external (client) requirements.
What You’ll Do
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:
• Providing first level assessment of Auditor output in compliance with internal and external (clients) policies as required.
• Reviewing reports from all Global Audit queues within the appropriate SLA.
• Documenting the findings per report, recording specific errors and noting any recommendations for remedial actions required to improve Auditor accuracy.
• Investigating and documenting the validity of client concerns following the Audit escalation process and reporting findings to Audit Team Leads/Managers.
• Recommending improvements to Audit policies, processes and technology and configuration questions where applicable.
• Participating in client meetings and calibration sessions as required.
• Carrying out ad-hoc tasks such as collating own and QS team’s data and reporting details to QS Team
Lead.
• Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies

Education, Experience & Training required:
• Must have relevant CTE Audit experience to be in a position to carry out Reviews on assigned queues.
• Must not be under any performance or disciplinary proceedings
• Must possess the following:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, at any given time good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently work effectively in a team environment
- Maintain confidentiality, including, but not limited to, end-user financial information and client policies and procedures.
- Ability to prepare presentations and present effectively to individuals or groups.
- Ability to pass certification phases as introduced from 2014
- Ability to pass the company-required background check

• Quality Specialist must agree to work scheduled rotations, including working on holidays, evening
/ Night shifts as necessary.
